Jordan is a recent graduate of the Nutrition & Dietetics and Exercise & Movement Science courses at the Queensland University of Technology. He is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Associate Sports Dietitian and Strength and Conditioning Coach who is passionate about health and performance. His extensive experience as a strength and conditioning coach has allowed him to develop an appreciation for the importance of both appropriate training and nutrition in achieving the results clients and athletes want.
Jordan is currently the Dietitian for the QLD Reds Rugby Union U20’s after having spent the majority of his undergraduate degree immersed within the Reds Super Rugby squad as a strength and conditioning/sports nutrition intern.
This practical experience combined with extensive studies over the last 5 years allow Jordan to provide a range of services to athletes and non-athletes alike.
